Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the design, development, and support of custom machinery and related systems.
• Create and update engineering drawings, models, schematics, or software documentation depending on discipline.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and service—to ensure design intent is met throughout the product lifecycle.
• Assist with prototyping, testing, and validation activities to confirm performance, reliability, and safety requirements.
• Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis for equipment issues in production or the field.
• Maintain accurate documentation, revision control, and engineering change records.
• Contribute ideas to improve designs, reduce cost, enhance reliability, and streamline production.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Software, Industrial, or related discipline).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation relevant to the discipline.
• Proficiency with engineering tools such as CAD software, programming languages, modeling tools, or circuit design software (depends on specialization).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a manufacturing or heavy equipment environment.
• Knowledge of industrial machinery, hydraulics, controls, or embedded systems.
• Familiarity with design for manufacturability, product testing, or system integration.
• Hands-on aptitude with tools and equipment used in engineering development.
