Onsite Training Services

Racine Railroad Products offers Diagnostic and Maintenance Training at your facility or at our Mt. Pleasant Training Center.
Designed for 2017 and newer RRP machines, the course focuses on technical operation and system diagnostics.
Participants receive both classroom and hands-on instruction to understand machine software, hardware, and control logic, with an emphasis on using built-in Racine diagnostic tools to efficiently identify and troubleshoot issues.

Training Objective & Schedule

  • Proper care and maintenance of Racine machines by learning theory, functions, diagnostics, and the repair of machine systems.
  • Training is normally scheduled Tuesdays through Thursdays for both classroom and hands-on training.
  • Monday and Friday are designated as travel days.

Class Size

  • Minimum: 4 persons*
  • Maximum: 10 persons

* For classes under 4 persons, there may be an additional travel charge for the instructors.
