Every summer, RRP invites our employees to bring their families to the facility for an afternoon of food, games, and connection. This year’s celebration featured a mini petting zoo, a kids’ coloring station, yard games, a food truck, and music that kept the energy going all day. We always give tours of the facility, where families, especially the kids, get to explore the machines up close.
Seeing their curiosity come to life is one of the most meaningful parts of the day. For many of them, it’s their first glimpse into what their parents do, and watching that sense of pride and excitement build creates a deeper connection between work and home. It’s a reminder that what we do reaches beyond the job—it becomes part of their story, too.
Building relationships goes beyond the workplace, taking the time to connect with the families behind our crew is a core part of who we are and how we support one another.
