Kate Watling and Nick Wojnar represented Racine Railroad Products at the Internship Fair hosted by Carthage College. The event brought together students and local employers to connect, explore internship opportunities, and discuss potential career paths.
During the fair, Kate and Nick met with STEM students to share insight into the railroad industry and the wide range of career opportunities available at RRP — from hands-on technical roles to engineering, operations, and business support positions. They discussed internship opportunities, professional growth within the industry, and what it takes to build a long-term career in manufacturing and railroad support services.
