RRP Garden

Every year, RRP employees claim a garden bed to grow their own produce or flowers. Our garden is a shared, community-driven effort that encourages collaboration, sustainability, and connection beyond the workplace.

When our gardens are especially fruitful, we offer a shared produce stand where team members can place excess fruits and vegetables for others to take home—reinforcing our culture of support, sustainability, and community.

Beyond its harvest, the garden has become a place of peace for many of our employees—a space to step away, slow down, and watch nature take its course. For some, gardening offers a moment of calm; for others, it’s an economical way to help feed their families. No matter the reason, the garden provides a shared sense of balance and beauty, from butterflies and bees to the vibrant colors of flowers and fresh produce.

We’re already looking forward to the 2026 garden season.
