RRP Hosts Continuous Improvement
Racine Railroad Products had the privilege to host the Continuous Improvement Roundtable at Racine Railroad Products — a collaboration between Racine Area Manufacturers and Commerce and Racine County Economic Development Corporation, facilitated by WMEP Manufacturing Solutions.
This initiative is designed to bring Racine manufacturers together to share ideas, address challenges, and exchange best practices that move our industry forward.
One of our owners, Leigh Christiansen, led the conversation with support from President Dominic DaPra and Director of Operations Don Ball, guiding a great discussion on improvement and leadership in manufacturing.
Afterward, the group toured our facilities, where safety and culture took center stage — two core values that drive how we operate and innovate every day.
