Overview

The Racine Railroad Products Dual Anchor Adjuster is a single-operator machine designed to squeeze rail anchors on both rails simultaneously or independently. Engineered for precision and efficiency, it repositions anchors without removal, reducing wear and improving track maintenance productivity. The machine uses a horizontally mounted cylinder with four operating arms to deliver a consistent squeeze force across varied rail sizes. The Dual Anchor Adjuster streamlines anchor adjustment for faster, more efficient track work.

Features

Horizontally mounted cylinder that controls operating arms, providing a highly leveraged, positive, consistent, squeeze force
Easy access to both spacer plates and spacer blocks ensures quick changeout for either 5 1/2" or 6" rails on all anchor types throughout the head's 15" range
Many components are interchangeable with the Dual Anchor Spreader (DAS) or Dual Anchor Adjuster Spreader (DASP)
Two joysticks control each workhead independently
Excellent 360-degree visibility fore and aft when track traveling
The MD4 control system can easily be changed from one workhead setup to another. Also used to help troubleshoot machine maintenance issues

Advance load-sense pump controls allow for NON-DEF engine power, saving costs and being more environmentally friendly

Remote program updates and remote troubleshooting with built-in telematics allow our technicians to help troubleshoot and lessen downtime (within cell range)
Smart hydraulic valves with self-diagnostics and maintenance screens increase flexibility, reliability, and reduce parts inventory by using the same control valve for every function
Equipped with a center H-Frame turntable that can rotate the machine 180 degrees in the opposite direction
